A 1965 graduate of Stanford University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Jim is past President and current Chairman of the Board of JE Clark II Corp. He served in the Coast and Geodetic Survey from 1965 to 1968 and after completing his service, was a surveyor with the County of Ventura until establishing Clark Corp in August of 1970. Jim has been and continues to be very active in the day to day operations of the Company.
An avid horseman, Jim is also an active member of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Posse, Rancheros Visitadores, Rancheros Adolfo and is current President of the Board of Concerned Resources and Environmental Workers (The C.R.E.W.), an environmentally oriented nonprofit youth leadership and employment organization founded in 1991.
A 1997 graduate of Cal Arts, Ned currently serves as President of JE Clark II Corp. In addition to being an accomplished musician, like his father, he is also an avid horseman and current member of Rancheros Visitadores, Rancheros Adolfo and an active member of Santa Paula Rotary.
An integral part of Clark Corp, Sarah has been with the Company since May of 2003. In addition to assisting our customers on a daily basis and handling Accounts Receivable, she also provides administrative support to Jim, Ned and Nancy. When not working, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband Toby and their young son Cruz.
With the Company since October of 1987, Nancy serves as Corporate Treasurer and oversees the day to day office and plant operations. When not in the office, Nancy enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with her beloved dogs, working out and holding jewelry parties for her Park Lane business.
Maria is a Fuel Management Specialist and currently heads our Marketing Department. After several years at Clark Corp, Maria moved to Nevada to be near family. After deciding to move back to Ventura County in 2013, we were fortunate to have her rejoin the Company - Maria is an avid San Francisco 49er’s fan and loves to watch football and spend time with her family when not working.
